Welcome to the online Marte Meo International platform. We have created an account for you, where you can request certificates. You can also use this account to amend your in putting data and order the Learning Sets.

Questions about your account

How do I create an account?
If you don't already have an account, click on "Login" at the top of the page and in the pop-up click on the link "Don't have an account yet? Click here to create one." On the next screen, enter your first and last name and your email address. If we already have an account with this email address, click on "Login" again at the top of the page and click on the "Forgot your password?" Link. Enter your email address and the system will send you an email with a unique link to create a password.

How can I log in?
You can log in by clicking the “Login” link on the top left of the website. Enter your email address and your password . Click on the “Login” button, to bring you to your own dashboard. Here you, request certificates for your students, download certificates, edit data and view your purchased Learning Sets.

How can I reset my password?
You can request a new password by clicking on the "Sign In" link at the top left of the website. Select "Forgot your password?" in the popup. Enter your e-mail address. Click on the "Send" button. You will receive an email with a renewal link. Click this link to enter a new password.

How can I change my e-mail address?
First log in by clicking the “Login” link on the top left of the website. Enter your email address and your password . Click on the “Login” button, to bring you to your own dashboard. In this screen, click on the link "Manage my account details", which can be found in the Account tile. On the next screen change the field "E-mail address" in the "Personal detail" session and click on the button "SAVE". You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation.

 

Questions about certificates

How can I request certificates for my students?
Log in to the website and click on the “New certificates” button on your dashboard. This button can be found in the tile “Student certificates”. On the next screen you will see an overview of the certificates that you have created and are ready to be requested. Click on “Add new certificate” to request a new certificate for one of your students. Then fill in the form with your student's details and click on the “Save” button.

When you have entered all certificates, click on the “Pay and order certificates” button. Fill in the order form and click on the button “To checkout”. After payment you will receive an email with a download link. Click on the link to download the certificates.

How can I change a certificate for my student?
You can view and change existing certificates by logging in, choose “Manage uploaded certificates”. This link can be found in the tile “Student certificates”. On the next page you can choose which certificate you want to change or download .

I am missing my own certificates, how can I add them?
Log in to the website and click on the “View your own certificates” button on your dashboard. This button can be found in the tile “Your own Certificates”. On the next screen click the button “Claim your certificate”. Fill the data of the missing certificate (number, type and date) and click on the “Save” button. If the certificate data is found in your database, the certificate is added to your account.

I am missing my own certificates, how can I add them?
Log in to the website and click on the “View your own certificates” button on your dashboard. This button can be found in the tile “Your own Certificates”. On the next screen click the button “Claim your certificate”. Fill the data of the missing certificate (number, type and date) and click on the “Save” button. If the certificate data is found in your database, the certificate is added to your account.

How can I add a logo of my institute?
Log in to the website and click on the “Manage my account details” link on your dashboard. This link can be found in the tile “Account”, where your name is displayed. On the next screen you will see a field “Institute logo (jpg/png/gif)”. In that field, click on the link “Select file” and select the file you want to upload. The file needs to be a JPG, PNG of GIF. Click on the “Save” button and wait for the logo to be uploaded. If everything went correctly, you will see a small preview of you uploaded logo.

How can I add a signature?
Log in to the website and click on the “Manage my account details” link on your dashboard. This link can be found in the tile “Account”, where your name is displayed. On the next screen you will see a field “Signature (jpg/png/gif)”. In that field, click on the link “Select file” and select the file you want to upload. The file needs to be a JPG, PNG of GIF. Click on the “Save” button and wait for the signature to be uploaded. If everything went correctly, you will see a small preview of you uploaded signature.

 

Questions about Learning Sets

How can I view the Learning Sets?
After you have finished ordering the learning sets, the system will create an account for you based on the email address you filled out in the form. The system will send an email to the address with a link to create a password. Once the password has been created, you can use the email address and password you have chosen to log into the website. After you have logged in, you can click the “Marte Meo Learning Sets” in the menu to display the learning set.

How can I order the Learning Sets for professionals?
In order to order the Learning Sets for professionals, you must have a Marte Meo certificate. The data (number and date) of the certificate must be entered in the order form and checked in the database. If you do not have a Marte Meo certificate, you can use the Learning Sets for families.
